People Fall In Love One Essay

These two appear to have a solid plan and I can see them being together for a long time to come yet. The other couple that I interviewed was that of Crystal and Greg. These two have been married for six years and have two children. When they got married, Crystal was 26 and Greg was 42. This was Crystal's first marriage and Greg's second. Greg had three children from his previous marriage. They originally were introduced by way of friends and immediately took to each other. They dated for several months before they got married. Crystal was four months pregnant at the time. Four years later they had their second child.

These two have been married now going on seven years and I can see where the old seven-year itch syndrome may be setting in, especially for Crystal. Since there is such an age difference between the two there are often problems between the two of them. They both seem to have their ideas on how things should be done and there does not appear to be a lot of room for compromise. They both admit that they fight frequently, but yet most of the time it is over stupid stuff. I think that the majority of their issues come down to the difference in their ages.

This couple obviously has their two kids in common, but it doesn't seem like they have much else. He likes to hang out with his friends and she likes to hang out with hers. Their friends are more their same age respectively. This does not bode well for them having much in common or anything to talk about other than the kids. Even though the kids are young neither of them has ever talked about their...

They seem to completely live in the moment and for the here and now.
In interviewing these two I didn't see a lot of stability in their relationship. It didn't seem like they both wanted the same things out of life. Greg is much more set in his ways and displays a lot of dominance in the relationship. This does not seem to sit well with Crystal. Because she is so much younger she seems to have her own way of wanting to do things and their two ways do not always match. This appears to be the biggest source of their contention.

I think that these two love each other but I'm not sure if that is going to be enough to keep them together. They appear to be at two totally different places in their lives and I'm not sure there is enough stability in their relationship to see it through. Neither one of them appears to be very happy with the decisions that they have made so and it appears that they may both be rethinking their decision to get married. One would hope for the sake of the children that they find a reason to stick it out, but a lot of times this is not the best thing to do.

Love What Is Love What Is Love
Words: 1035 Length: 3 Document Type: Essay

Love What is love? What is love? Yikes! What a difficult question to answer. Not only because there are many types of love: true love, romantic love, plutonic love, brotherly love, etc., but because love can also be an ineffable emotion, something that defies articulation or delineation. So, to some extent, attempting to define love is an exercise in futility. But that doesn't mean that we don't recognize it when we see
